We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Assistant Vice President, Mortgage Sales.

Principal Responsibilities

Identify prospective customers to sell HSBC mortgage products, providing quality service and effective salesNetwork and build relationships with external business partners such as housing agents, brokers and lawyers to achieve desired mortgage product targets and serviceDemonstrate ability to continuously grow a portfolio of customers and bring in salesService Bank’s existing mortgage customersSubmission of mortgage applications and prompt follow up with customer and internal departments until point of loan inceptionConduct proper KYC on customers and business partners (if applicable) to ensure data integrityTimely update of sales numbers to Team Heads for sales projectionsAttend to enquiries and leads with relation to mortgageFollow up on servicing issues for existing mortgage customers
