In this role, you will be responsible for OTC GPO.
Need to focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change
Develop manage effective working relationships in the organization and actively liaise with all Key Stakeholders
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
Responsibilities
Be a specialist in the Domain of OTC and drive projects for aligning to Global Design
Should have knowledge of Bank Reconciliations
Excellent knowledge of ERP Applications, Workflow Tools etc.
Drive Digital implementations of new tools – troubleshoot issues and customize digital implementations.
Train teams on digital tools implementation and drive adoption
Coordinate within the team ensure all vital information is compiled, reviewed, and approved (if necessary) for credit memos, refunds, credit investigations, client billings, overdue invoices, credit policy, and applying and balancing AR
Supervise and report out the progress of projects
Assess actual performance against standards to determine whether the team is on target to reach goals and takes corrective actions as necessary
Build a relationship with all internal and external partners, drive cross-sales for customer
Ensure timely resolution of customer / raised issues along with root cause analysis to avoid reoccurrence
Share best practices with a customer and identify areas of improvement within processes (Credit, Billing, Collections, Dispute reconciliation process)
Should be able to mentor, guide, influence empower the team to achieve targets/metrics
Identify implement standardization within processes across the region
Drive growth of business and build relationships with customers globally
Ability to lead build strong teams from a domain standpoint along with digital tools influence multiple internal external partners on the process adaptations
Ability to build client partnerships work in an ambiguous environment
Sound financial commercial Business Understanding
Should have been a part of the transition process, done due diligence or solution identification
Multi-Tasking skills in project delivery, deadlines and budget
Resource needs to be upbeat, confident, outspoken strong in communication
Strong understanding of tools available in the market

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Rank holder Chartered Accountant/ Graduate from top Commerce colleges
Own end-to-end client service delivery and PL
Be a key driving force in managing new/existing relationships with a set of valuable clients leading to a healthy PL
Develop a strategy for winning and transitioning new deals while running and growing the existing relationships
Be responsible for ensuring the right solution is proposed for new deals, actively participating in the deal process, aiding and enabling robust transitions, delivering ongoing client satisfaction through consistent high-class service delivery, and thereby ensure high NPS, cross-sell and profitability
Lead the way in implementing new technologies in operations and display a strong executive presence
Engage in building collaborative teams that align and work to achieve Genpact and Client goals
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Prior OTC process project management experience
LSS certification
