Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President: IIP Program Lead

In this role, candidate would be responsible to look after IIP execution

Responsibilities

Oversees program IIP execution (Who is in the program, track sales, create / maintain index)

-Manage the IIP Committee and ensure alignment with strategic goals.

-Coordinate with pdm, pem, marketing and operations teams.

-Monitor program performance, metrics and report ROI.

-Leading unit visit and partner days internal external.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Any Graduate / Post-Graduate

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Strong analytical / problem-solving skills and attention to detail  

Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with global teams across multiple time zones 

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is [$100,000 to $125,000]. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
