Responsibilities:
1. Architectural Design:
- Define and evolve the overall technical architecture for the SaaS product, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Design and document system architecture, including microservices, APIs, data models, and integration points.
- Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, and tools that align with business goals and technical requirements.
2. Technical Leadership:
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and coach team members on architectural principles, coding standards, and design patterns.
3. Cloud DevOps Integration:
- Architect cloud-native solutions using platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration.
- Ensure infrastructure as code (IaC) practices are followed for scalable and maintainable systems.
4. Performance Security:
- Design systems with a focus on performance optimization, scalability, and fault tolerance.
- Implement security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization mechanisms.
- Conduct regular architecture reviews to identify and address potential risks.
5.Innovation Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Propose and implement improvements to existing systems and processes.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
6. Collaboration Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between technical and business goals.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Act as a technical advisor to senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
1. Technical Expertise
experience in software architecture and development, with a focus on SaaS products.
- Deep knowledge of programming languages and frameworks (Java, Python, Angular).
- Strong understanding of database technologies, including relational databases and graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune).
- Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems.
2. Cloud DevOps:
- Proven experience designing and implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Architectural Skills:
- Strong understanding of architectural patterns, design principles, and best practices.
- Experience with performance optimization, scalability, and fault-tolerant systems.
- Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOC 2).
4. Leadership Communication:
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
5. Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, TOGAF) are a plus.
