Principal Responsibilities

Convert business problem to an analytical problem. Guide a team of individuals to provide solution to the analytical problem for multiple businesses/regionIdentify business problems/new opportunities to drive higher business value. Diagnose and resolve moderate to complex analytical problemsEnd to end project management hands on delivery when required.Providing high-quality analysis and strategy recommendations to business problems.Manage delivery within agreed timelines and as per agreed quality standards. Also drive business benefit through self-initiated projectsApply analytical skills to extract information from data and translate into business language;Implement best solutions within decision systems, satisfying user requirements;Use of data to improve customer outcomes through the provision of insight and challengeArticulate complex situations and technical work to non-technical stakeholdersDrive internal initiatives to attain the objectives of the organization

Knowledge and understanding of financial-services/ banking-operations preferredKnowledge of forecasting and statistical modelling techniques, market research and multivariate analysis tools (e.g., factor and cluster analysis, conjoint analysis etc.) is a plusStrong programming skills and sound knowledge of Python, SQL or other equivalent analytical tools is required. Knowledge of Qlik Sense will be preferredAbility to transform a business problem to a data problem is requiredData Quality Analysis, Segmentation, Clustering techniques. Trend Analysis andDashboard Creation based on Visualization techniqueKnowledge and experience in SAS and QlikSense would be added advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team environmentConduct in depth reviews and analysing data from reports to deliver observations, detail changes and identify the root cause
