What the day will look like Growth and Sales Accountable for performing the in-country Health Solutions growth plan and focused on sales and growth with the individual and group annual targets. Lead and manage client relationships that grow and develop into key business relationships Work with local and regional stakeholders to develop client solutions and recommendations for Health Solutions accounts in the Philippines. Coordinate, align, and focus best resources to pipeline opportunities. Promote the Health Solutions and all other capabilities to all industries. Execute different cross-selling initiatives. Identify and develop new HS business opportunities for Aon in the Philippines. Work collaboratively with Aon stakeholders to successfully prospect for and acquire new clients, resulting in revenue growth. Manage, and execute the agreed growth plan, budget for allocated client portfolio contributing to the annual planning cycle. Lead and mentor a group of Sales executive on pipeline building, prospecting, presentations and Marketing initiatives Client Ownership Constantly identifying valuable clients and where the biggest opportunities exist, developing client relationships positively influencing sales and client retention. Develop close collaboration with local and regional sales teams to ensure that client requirements are adequately known and addressed. Operational Excellence Accurate and timely input of leads and pipelines in required internal platform. Reviewing all out-going client documents including but not limited to renewal contracts, client workshop communications/decks.
