Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Delivery Engagement Leader (Enterprise Applications)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing operations for one of our Capital market and Banking clients. You will alias with service lines and delivery to ensure proper solution design, cost and fitment to the portfolio as well as to the operational strategy.

This role requires a leader with deep domain expertise. The incumbent will primarily be responsible for managing delivery working with the engagement team driving growth for the account

Responsibilities• Leading the Enterprise Applications portfolio in a Managed Services environment across different types of applications – Custom and Commercial Off the Shelf• Define drive strategic roadmap.• Operate the Business as per Operating Plans – Revenue Margin• Client Management: Ability to host clients and drive Mining growth• Establish key relationship with key client stakeholders, Genpact stakeholders• Work closely with business units/verticals to evangelize scalable solutions strengthen the value proposition• Leader with ability to hire and manage talent in multi-locations including India• Provide thought leadership and dependable execution on diverse projects• Ability to drive system transformation projects leveraging tools such as AI/ ML, VSM, etc• Contribute to Digital build assets• Hands-on working on RFP whenever required.• Collaborate with sales team and other service lines.• Should be able to manage the financials of the PL assignedQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

· Relevant years of relevant experience

· Good understanding of leading market applications- Oracle ERP, Salesforce and also Custom Applications e.g. . Net. In a Application Support environment

· Should be an expert in any of the project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall

· Strong on written oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant Years of relevant experience

• Experienced in management of team members spread across the global

• Preference shall be given to candidates with proficiency in Salesforce with a relevant years in any one of the Salesforce offering- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud

• Good understanding of leading market applications- Oracle ERP, Salesforce and also Custom Applications e.g. . Net. In a Application Support environment

• Should be an expert in any of the project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall

• Should be proficient in independently driving

• Candidate should be proficient in effort estimation for new projects

• Proficient in presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal/leadership skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent organization skills

• Effective listening skills

• Hands on experience in latest Technology stacks.

• Proficient in offering design solutions
