Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management.

In this role, you will be required to lead Operations Risk for Banking and Capital Market Business Operations for our accounts with global presence.

This role will include preparing the risk landscape by using risk management methodologies to identify, assess, respond, and monitor the prioritized risks; support Genpact Banking Operations in managing the risk response strategies; We expect you to think with design, seek problems with data analytics and recommend solutions that could minimize the risk impact for Genpact and its Clients. The ideal candidate should bring deep banking industry and risk domain expertise and be knowledgeable with both business process re-engineering and digital technology innovation in the banking segment with focus on key regulatory requirements.

This role reports to the Genpact Global Operations Risk Leader, Enterprise Risk Management.

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing risk framework delivering client value and ensuring surprise free operations

Improving Organization Risk culture for effective incident detection and whistle blower process. Develop frameworks and risk management programs/campaigns to build risk proficiency and enhance the risk culture.

Works well with cross functional teams across levels to drive outcomes, build and groom team members to lead large and complex roles independently

Bring in thought leadership on global risks relevant to Banking Operations, and its relevance to Genpact. Constant monitoring of the risk mitigation strategies emerging risks and periodic report out to the Business COO, Unit Leader, and Business Leader.

Lead conversations with senior stakeholders across Genpact Operations Leaders and Clients on risks, incidents audits.

Proactive Reviews of Genpact’s adherence on Client’s Supplier Governance Framework and Audits by Banking clients

Review Operations reported incidents / issues, work in collaboration with Operations, Legal, HR and Infosec teams and lead the discussions

Provide appropriate timely responses to risk and audit related questions in potential and existing Client RFI/RFP and Client Contracts.

Manage small or medium sized teams, train, motivate and coach team member, provide career development.

Good project time management skills – ability to balance multiple priorities, prioritize work and meet deadlines

Drive Enterprise Risk function key projects / initiatives across organization.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Results focused leader with relevant experience in Operations Risk management in Banking industry.

CRISC/CISA/CIA/MBA or relevant Risk Management / Audit degree

Strong communication strategic influencing skills. Relevant experience working with senior leaders, building internal networks, and delivering high impact programs in complex-matrixed environments

Bilingual / Trilingual aspect of domain plus digital knowledge is a plus

Team Building Leadership - ability to lead diverse and global teams

Ability to Influence Change, Speed to Outcome

Preferred Qualifications

Detailed knowledge of Internal Controls, Risks, Internal audit

Business development acumen, Excellent planning, and organization skills

Possess high standard of integrity and confidentiality, Good written communication skills, Handled global engagements
