Assistant Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President - Lean Digital Transformation

In this role, you would be responsible for the effective delivery of planned Digital projects, RPA bots, and Six Sigma projects working with cross-functional global leads including the RPA delivery team, and client leadership successfully.

LDT lead in Genpact is responsible for directing and executing LDT roadmap that solves the business problems/opportunities of the key customer(s) through the usage of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Business process re-engineering, and by combining technology solutions like Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.

Responsibilities

Lead and Deliver Transformational Outcomes: Drive client transformation initiatives by integrating data, technology, and emerging technologies to create significant value.

Strategic Roadmap Development: Design and implement a comprehensive strategy to embed analytics and digital capabilities across the Insurance span, enhancing overall performance.

Collaborate for Modernization: Work closely with global operations teams to identify opportunities for operational modernization and execute innovative solutions.

Solution Design and Architecture: Create and implement scalable digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and seamlessly integrate new digital assets into existing systems.

Champion Digital Solutions: Advocate for digital solutions and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation, reinforcing the overall value proposition.

Provide Thought Leadership: Lead diverse projects, including consulting, assessment, and analytics initiatives, offering expert guidance throughout.

Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Manage cross-functional teams in executing analytics and digital projects, overseeing milestones, resource allocation, and project progress.

Stay Industry-Informed: Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and digital transformation, providing strategic insights and guidance.

Drive Organizational Change: Promote the adoption of analytics and digital capabilities within the aligned span / unit, supporting change management efforts and training initiatives.

Expand Digital Offerings: Partner with existing Operations teams to enhance and extend digital and analytics solutions for both current customers and prospects

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications/Skills

Educational Background: A postgraduate degree or MBA from a leading institution.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of transformation trends in Financial Services, preferably in Insurance verticals.

Proven Experience (Leadership in Digital Transformation): Proven experience in leading large-scale digital transformation programs that integrate technology, business strategy, data, and emerging technologies.

Strategic and Technical Expertise: Significant role in strategy development and execution, with expertise in digital technologies such as cloud computing, data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI / Gen AI), and automation.

Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully engaging clients and stakeholders across the organization. Proven success in managing cross-functional teams and driving change in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

LSS- GB / BB certification

PMP, CSM certifications
