The Mobility Services Delivery and Analytics (MSDA) Specialist will facilitate and help maintain the relationships between the Mobility & Immigration (M&I) function  and it’s vendors across a number of different facets. i) They will act as a point of escalation (from the Mobility Specialist or the employee) throughout the lifecycle of an employee move;  ii) They are responsible for reviewing vendor invoices, coordinating payments, tracking vendor spend to the budget, measuring vendor performance and monitoring SLAs; iii) They will help connect Mobility owned activities to internal reporting requirements and look for opportunities to streamline.  The MSDA Specialist will also be responsible for program analytics related to the overall performance of the vendors in support of the overall program as well as trends and insights. They will be integral in developing and assessing the effectiveness of metric dashboards to be used by the Mobility Team based on specific Mobility Services throughout the lifecycle of each Program. 

This role is part of a global team that is responsible for the execution of day-to-day operational activities of Citi’s Mobility Team, which has the responsibility of enabling mobility in support of Citi’s business worldwide.  With a fast-expanding global workforce, developing and facilitating cost effective and practical mobility solutions form a key part of our organizational resourcing strategy.  

This individual will report to the Mobility Operations East Lead, although will work extensively with the Design and Solutions team in performance of their day to day tasks.  They will be responsible for providing support towards a variety of initiatives geared towards Operational Excellence in the area of vendor management, as well as effective handling of internal reporting requirements pertaining to our program. They are a key contributor also to our M&I Data and analytics proposition at Citi.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Contributes to the selection and on-boarding of Mobility suppliers by participating in or executing the searching and screening processes

Manages deliverables against Citi’s internal vendor management program, creates conditions for high performance of ongoing supplier relationships, holds suppliers to account to provide high quality service to internal clients (e.g., mobile employees, HR partners)

Monitors and tracks vendor service level agreements and communicates any service concerns

Monitors and tracks vendor service recovery and COB plans

Supports and collaborates with peer disciplines to understand applicable performance metrics

 Analyzes and interprets key factors impacting return on investment (ROI) of program/service deliveries including internal team and external vendor performance); presents findings on program effectiveness to senior leadership for a business or HR partners

Support the Mobility team on Mobility Program and/or process projects relating to the roles and responsibilities of vendors

Supports work activity connected to right placement initiatives. 

Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

3 – 5 years in Vendor Management or Data Analytics or relevant experience

Working knowledge of mobility programs an advantage 

Self-motivated and results oriented

Excellent organizational and planning skills are essential

Strong communicator with customer focus

Great active listening skills

Exceptional interpersonal skills

Strong writing skills

Demonstrates empathy and patience when dealing with employees

Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to work across cultures and regions

Ability to pivot at pace a must

Embraces opportunities to support across different teams within the M&I function as required

Strong team player

Tax, Accounting, Finance or Payroll experience a plus/ Undergraduate degree required.
