In this role, we are looking for an expert to guide and manage a team of Procure to Pay Professionals working through high volume, complex transactions with a sharp focus on Supplier Satisfaction.

ResponsibilitiesOwnership of day-to-day Operations to deliver predictable output and oversee key business metrics like aging and supplier escalations.Actively engage with senior client stakeholders to understand the ever-changing business needsLeverage your experience to proactively build and maintain an efficient and effective delivery architecture to drive business results in line with client’s prioritized objectivesChallenge the status quo to constantly discover process improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with the Transformation team to identify and execute new ideas, including smart automationQualifications we seek in youMinimum Qualifications / Skills

· MBA in Finance or qualified CA (Chartered Accountant) with rich experience in a similar role

Proven analytical and quantitative skills and an ability to use hard data and metrics optimize Operations Preferred Qualifications/ SkillsProven understanding of Procure to Pay concepts, processes, key controls, and ability to manage a large team in a remote environmentExposure in a large scale, complex Manufacturing environment with an understanding of business life cyclePassionate about solving problems, and tenacity to develop ideas in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills – verbal and written – ability to interact with and influence global audienceAbility to prioritize multiple concurrent projects while still delivering timely and accurate resultsOpen minded with ability to encourage people, question status quo and challenge the team to do better everydayOpen minded with ability to encourage people, question status quo and challenge the team to do better everydayAttention to detail, ability to connect the dots and ask intelligent questionsFamiliarity with the latest technologies used in I2P processes and application thereof will be a big plus
