Principal responsibilities
Work with Business stakeholders (Senior Management / SME’s) to understand and document their requirements and plan deliverables.Effectively document and communicate business requirements to IT to help them implement system solution and changes. Drive UAT process liaising with business and IT. Drive and lead conversations with stakeholders to ensure progress of owned tasks and deliverables.Assist Project Manager and input into various reporting materials to key stakeholders. Proficiency and/or strong desire to learn, adopt and train people on new technologies (Cloud, Python, BigQuery, SQL, Qlik / visualisation tools)Knowledge and experience of Agile Delivery Methodology and of BTF methodology.Finance/ Treasury/ Risk project background, with knowledge of Capital requirements.Understanding of Tier 1 and Tier 2 Capital Instruments.Understanding of Leverage ratios, Double Leverage and Holdings Capital BufferUp to 10-12 years of project management and business analysis experience, preferably in the financial services industry.Knowledge of IT processesYou’ll achieve more at HSBC
