Zycus is looking for Assistant Vice President- Professional Service / Implementation with 16 to 22 years of  experience in managing the delivery leadership role. In this role you will be leading a team of Program Directors, Program managers & Consultants who are responsible for end to end implementation of Zycus Procurement software. Candidate should have prior experience of working with e-procurement “procure to pay” or “source to pay” (P2P / S2P) products like SAP/Oracle ERP, SAP-Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, JAGGAER or any other similar strategic eSourcing/procure2pay/Source2pay product suite.
The position will report to our Head of Global Delivery. The VP Professional Services / Implementation group is a senior leader with responsibility for managing the rapidly growing India team of 100+ employees that implements the Company's diverse set of enterprise software product lines and has strong belief and conviction in Agile development. This person is a key member of the senior leadership team of the Global Delivery Function and a key contributor to achieving the company's near-term and long-term objectives. The VP works closely with other leaders in Product Engineering and Product Management to deliver product solutions that will be highly successful in the market place.
The  VP will also be responsible for maintaining, managing customer relationships with C-Level Executives, Top Management, Key Stakeholders of our enterprise customers to obtain customer's goals and ROI objectives for an agile-based value implementation of Zycus’s Cognitive Source-to-Pay comprehensive suite. You will manage a diverse team of implementation and procurement experts for Zycus’s business objectives of rapid time to value realization, customer satisfaction & referencibility.
Role and Responsibilities:· Will own the entire P&L for the region and excel the parameters of Revenue to Cost, Productivity and Continuous efficiency improvement through business process automation and Competency Development.· Designing the framework for efficient implementation of Zycus SaaS Solutions· Own and lead the entire customer engagement focusing on rapid value/ROI realization for customers built on Zycus’s agile implementation framework of BOLT· Lead the entire global delivery practice & competency providing thought leadership and unabated excellence in Value Engineering· Directly manage a team of 50+ people (Program Directors, Program/Project Managers, Consultants & BAs, Automation / Process engineering teams)· Create an efficient and effective delivery architecture that will drive results on customer’s prioritized objectives of savings realization, operational efficiency & compliance through Business process Reengineering for highest customer satisfaction and long term sustainable value and ROI objectives.· Collaborate and drive customer initiatives with Zycus internal stakeholders like Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success managers, Finance & Legal, etc.· Will lead Zycus’s s2p proposal’s for large and global enterprise customers and will be responsible for tech wins in new and existing customer base· Contribute to the product roadmap based on feedback on the ground from customers and from implementation experience· Will be responsible for people processes in the function – Hiring, employee Engagement, Growth and Culture development
