Broking services include identification of insurance companies, products, placement, and administration of policies.
Key Responsibilities
This role offers an individual to be a part of the retirement broking team and collaborate with the retirement consulting team to create unique solutions for our clients:-
Act as a point of contact for Retirement Consulting Business and its clients for services related to group retirement schemes (gratuity, leave and superannuation) Undertake business development activities for pension broking service offering. Prepare RFP for life insurer vendor selection. Develop objectives and insurer evaluation & selection criteria. Undertake analysis of vendor proposals and make recommendations. Evaluation of different product & policy placements. Manage vendor, data and claim management with clients and insurance companies.The Requirements
Requisite regulatory requirements (BQP) to do a broking role.Have about 12+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a specialization in group gratuity, leave and superannuation products.Complete operational and administrative understanding of group gratuity and leave products.Should demonstrate ability to lead and do business development.Equal Opportunity Employer
