RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct required sampling governance or distribute samples for testing, and design or revise sampling procedure documentation.

Access pertinent databases or acquire raw data from third party sources.

Deliver high-quality results and manipulate and summarize large quantities of data.

Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline and operational excellence within a LOB/ECF.

Gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness of key controls and status of mitigation and action plans.

Leverage automation efficiencies, tools, and capabilities where possible.

Liaise with various control functions in Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Human Resources to secure data, analyze current processes, and identify potential improvements.

Analyze, interpret, and report data from core business controls tool of Tableau, and leverage the data to identify and drive resolution of potential issues related to gaps and discrepancies in data.

Design end-to-end data processing from source to destination using data analytical skills of data integrity, data validation, data structure, building automation data flows for results output that meets the risk requirements.

Develop, produce, and distribute data reporting related to the program which in turn drive risk management results.

Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite.

REQUIREMENTS:  

Master's degree or equivalent in Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics or related; and

2 years of experience in the job offered or a related quantitative occupation.

Must include 2 years of experience in each of the following:

Liaising with various control functions in Compliance, Technology, Operations, and Human Resources to secure data, analyze current processes, and identify potential improvements;

Analyzing, interpreting, and reporting data from core business controls tool of Tableau, and leveraging the data to identify and drive resolution of potential issues related to gaps and discrepancies in data;

Designing end-to-end data processing from source to destination using data analytical skills of data integrity, data validation, data structure, building automation data flows for results output that meets the risk requirements; and,

Developing, producing, and distributing data reporting related to the program which in turn drive risk management results.
