4 Year Degree This position is at the US Coast Guard Academy, Athletic Activity Fund, New London CT. Responsible for supporting the Head Volleyball coach with coaching and administration of a Division III Volleyball program. Comply with all college, conference, and NCAA rules and regulations. Practice planning and in-match support/coaching. Assist with recruiting athletically talented, academically qualified and diverse student athletes. Assist in developing both in-season and off-season training programs. Assist with social media postings. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum:
1. Collegiate volleyball experience
2. Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
3. Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred (in addition to the minimum):
1. Collegiate or HS volleyball coaching experience
2. Demonstrated experience in recruiting athletically talented, academically qualified and diverse student athletes to an academically rigorous institution
