DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
The Assistant Vice President of Ambulatory Services is responsible and accountable for managing the economic and day-to-day operations of the ambulatory locations. They will assist with coordinating the organization's ambulatory strategic plan and be intimately involved in related financial and operational concerns.
QUALIFICATIONSProfessional/Educational Master's Degree MBA or MHA required. At least five years of leadership experience required, with ever increasing responsibilities preferred. Effective leadership skills required.
Personal Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks. Ability to analyze and evaluate budgets and financial models, Ability to create and present ideas and budgets in a variety of formats. Ability to maintain confidential records. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software as needed to create and analyze budgets.
Actual pay will be determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
