Assistant VP Margin Management

A Typical Day The Assistant Vice President Margin Management will support the implementation of corporate policy and divisional strategy regarding margin management activity within PCG. As the AVP Margin Management, you will be responsible for managing daily processes to implement client margin adjustments and critical reporting routines conducted by the margin management team. The Assistant VP Margin Management will: Manage process to implement client margin change requests on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Contribute to suite of reporting to communicate book-level revenue performance to senior management Complete analysis of volume and margin trending by various attributes and identify impact to pricing strategy Interact with sales to obtain market color and create strategies to maximize revenue on a client level Support sales team by creating regular margin trending updates, identifying areas of opportunity for next-level analysis Maintain and enhance detailed reporting book with analysis on PCG market share and trends Perform other related duties as required and assigned Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of relevant work experience Prior experience working on projects or processes related to management of margin or revenue goals Must be highly proficient in MS Suite, with experience in modeling, pivot tables and SQL preferred Financial Services and mortgage industry experience required Why You Should Join As one of the top mortgage lenders in the country, Pennymac has helped over 4 million lifetime homeowners achieve and sustain their aspirations of home.
