[ Key Responsibilities ]
Perform inspection and quality checks on optical equipment and related devices.Provide back-office support, including documentation, reporting, and inventory management.Assist in remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to support the VTS Service team.Prepare and manage service-related data, reports, and manuals for internal and external use.Collaborate with the Service Engineers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of services.Support software updates and testing activities for hardware and software improvements.[ Requirements ]
Education: Degree in Optometry or related fields.Experience: Preferably 1-3 years in the spectacle lens industry or optical shop (Fresh graduates may be considered).Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of medical devices in optical shop such as lens meters, refraction units, and centration devices.Language Skills: English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data management tools.Customer Interaction: Ability to support internal teams and assist external customers when required.[ Preferred Qualifications ]
