We are currently looking for an assistant for our IT HUB in Prague. This department aims to support Siemens Mobility globally in IT-related topics. The team consists of approximately 30 experts in IT infrastructure, project managers, SAP consultants, and cybersecurity specialists.

 

The start date is possible from October 1, 2024. This job is also suitable for mothers on maternity or parental leave.

 

Key responsibilities:

organizing meetings, arranging tickets, accommodation, and other travel necessities, processing travel expenses, purchasing office supplies active communication and support for colleagues in the IT HUB  

Requirements:

secondary education with a completed diploma (equivalent to high school graduation) fluent English and Czech pleasant and professional demeanour with a good dose of empathy ability to organize work well and a willingness to learn new things positive attitude towards IT is an advantage
