Come work with our amazing Assisted Living residents in our smaller, more personal assisted living buildings, nestled in and around our main campus in Coon Rapids, MN.

The Position: The Assisted Living Aide is responsible for providing personal cares, delegated nursing services, meal preparation, light cleaning duties, and resident engagement to promote resident independence and improve their physical and emotional well-being.

Schedules Available: Part-time hours, Day shift (7a-3p) Evening Shift (3P-9A and 3P-11P) available.  All positions require every-other weekend.

Position Requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older  Previous experience with aging adults or disabled individuals in an assisted living setting preferred  The ability to pass a background check Patient, kind, and dedicated with strong interpersonal skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Must be able to read, write and comprehend English clearly  Basic computer skills
