Job Summary: Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is seeking qualified candidates for the position of nursing staff in Assisted Living Facilities, including Nurse Aides, M.A., RN & LPNs. This is a Full Time position offering an excellent salary and benefits package. Compensation & Benefits: This position offers an competitive wage ranging from $18 to $45 per hour, paid weekly. Employees may also be eligible for additional benefits, such as health and dental insurance, PTO, and 401(k). CNA-wages $18-$20 MA CNA- $19-$20 LPN- $42 RN-$42 Responsibilities: • Provide medical evaluations, assessments, and treatments to elderly patients in an Assisted Living Facility. • Perform personal care activities such as; feeding, bathing, and dressing of elderly patients. • Collaborate with medical staff, family members, and other healthcare professionals to create daily care plans for the elderly patients. • Track patient progress and document care provided in a patient’s clinical record. • Liaise with other healthcare professionals, as well as family and friends, to form and maintain trusting relationships. • Maintain patient confidentiality and perform duties in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
