Job Summary Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is currently seeking qualified Nurse Aide, M.A., RN & LPN for our growing organization. The Nurse Aide, M.A., RN & LPN will provide full-time home healthcare services to clients in their assisted living facility in the Honolulu, Hawaii. The Nurse Aide, M.A., RN & LPN will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate and effective care in order to ensure that the client's health and safety are promoted and maintained. Compensation and Benefits This is a full-time, salary position with a competitive compensation of $18 - $45 per hour, paid weekly. Eligible employees are also offered a comprehensive benefits package. NA/CNA-wages $18-$20 MA- $19-$20 LPN- $42 RN-$42 Responsibilities • Administer first aid and medical care in an emergency situation • Provide medication administration, wound care, skin and medical treatments and injections • Monitor patients’ vital signs • Observe and record patient’s behavior, condition, and concerns • Assist with ADLs • Assist in developing and implementing patient-specific care plans • Collaborate and consult with multidisciplinary team and other healthcare professionals • Conduct patient evaluations and assessments • Accurately document all care plans and any changes Requirements • Licensed Nurse Aide/M.A./RN/LPN with minimum of 1 year of experience in ambulatory care; long term and/or sub-acute care preferred • Current and valid Registered/Licensed certification in the state of Hawaii • Knowledge of basic first aid and CPR • Ability to work independently utilizing problem solving and decision-making skills • Comfortable with electronic medical records systems • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills • Ability to handle multiple tasks   Call for more details: 808-207-8558 To schedule an interview, click here: www.abcoahu.com EEOC Statement Always Best Care Senior Services - Oahu is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
