ABILITY + Assures that all dietary procedures are followed in accordance with established policies. + Develops and maintains a good working rapport with interdepartmental personnel, as well as other departments within the facility to assure that food service can be properly maintained to meet the needs of the residents. • Assists in daily and scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures. + Works the dishwashing station as needed and maintains all temperature logs + Cleans work areas, refrigerators, freezers, etc. as assigned and maintains all temperature logs + Organizes stock rooms and walk-in refrigerators and freezers + Puts away inventory from deliveries + Returns clean utensils to proper storage areas. + Attends and participates in in-service education programs. + Prepares food, etc. in accordance with sanitary regulations, as well as our established policies and procedures. + Ensures that safety regulations are always followed. + Follows established infection / exposure control and universal precautions policies and procedures when performing daily tasks. + Assures that the department is maintained in a clean and safe manner by assuring that necessary equipment and supplies are maintained to perform such duties / services. + Reports all hazardous conditions/equipment to the executive chef and or administration. + Performs other related duties as required, or as may be directed Apply Now!
