Position Description:

A CGI procura Assistentes de Backoffice Administrativo, para trabalharem nos nossos escritórios em Odivelas, em regime de full-time, onde será envolvido num projeto de operação de BPO.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Tratamento de processos administrativos;
• Tratamento de correspondência;
• Validação e Inserção de dados;
• Digitalização e Arquivo de documentação.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Mínimo 12º ano de escolaridade;
• Experiência em funções administrativas (preferencial);
• Boa capacidade de comunicação (oral e escrita);
• Capacidade de análise e gosto por trabalho de minúcia;
• Capacidade para gerir conflitos e resistência ao stress;
• Sentido de responsabilidade;
• Capacidade de relacionamento humano;
• Orientação para o cliente;
• Orientação para objetivos;
• Bons conhecimentos aplicacionais;
• Disponibilidade horária e imediata.
