If so, let's talk. **Your role and responsibilities** Human Resources Process Assistant, with services focused on Recruitment & Selection and Professional Training: - Posting vacancies; - First filtering of candidates; - Managing and coordinating room reservations; - Coordinating cafeteria activities; - Providing information to the rest of the team on how to use the facilities; - Checking technical requirements; - Preparing the classroom layout (organizing furniture and materials to be handed out to participants); - Preparing posters for classes/auditoriums; - Receiving, supporting and releasing participants; - Report incidents and equipment maintenance related to the classes; - Receiving training documentation (attendance lists, etc.); - Any other task related to training support management; - Preparing the internal document for payment of suppliers/instructors; - Contacting providers/instructors for support.
