Monitor & ressolve day to day maintenance issues of Injection molding machines. Adherence to daily & weekly checks of Injection molding machines & utility equipments. Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule. Identifying causes of failure & ressolving through breakdown analysis. Preparation of ISO documents. Implementation of LOTO services to ensure safety at workplace. Hands on Experience in LT panels, Diesel Genset, Air compressor & chiller. Work closely with technicians for proper installation of equipments.
