POSITION SUMMARY
To integrate, optimize and lead Export Operations within the market, to dive, participate and execute key initiatives and projects, in Export area delivering a competitive advantage to the business.
A DAY IN THE LIFE …
• To lead and coordinate the activities of the team to effectively execute all Import/Export related activities and projects of the Market
• Develop Exports Development Plan end to end (Geographies expansion, Portfolio Expansion, Customer/Distributor Development, I&R , Trade & Marketing Plans.
• Liaise with Business to align on the Trade & Marketing support. Marketing Insights to have the right set of 4P for business development.
• Ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs for the Business. Target vs. Actual performance (monthly/Quarterly/yearly), Pre & Post Activity Report.
• End to End Regulatory & Label requirements of the country by liasing with Technical (Application Group) , Regulatory & legal and Brand Team.
• Identification of potential countries & customer. Onboarding new customers. Contract & Customer opening and alignment with Nestle in Market. Develop Strong Customer relationship including joint business planning and customer engagement. Country wise channel landscape, category wise channel development and execution of the plan.
WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Relevant operational experience of 3-4 years at market/business level in at least 2 following areas:
• - Sales
• - Marketing
• - DSP/IMS Planning
• - SC Development
• - Operations
