How will you contribute to our magical experience?
The Assitant Streaming & Digital Operations will join our team to understand the sales team’s needs and priorities, and possesses detailed knowledge of the digital-streaming portfolio. This team is essential in both the initial order entry process and the monthly closing activities conducted in partnership with the billing team.
This role is crucial in tasks that directly impact the sales and advertising team, and involves close collaboration with all teams engaged in the ad sales and campaign implementation processes.
The Assitant Streaming & Digital Operations will be responsible for:
Ensuring the entry of the TWDC cross-portfolio streaming & digital orders in a timely manner. Monitoring, modifying and entering all the optimizations of these orders.Ensuring to collaborate in sending timely manner all the creatives and order data verified to the Ad Operations team.Collaborating in different monthly compilations data reports.Ensuring all the billing monthly revenue process to the credit & collections and finance team.Provide assistance to sales, planning & billing teams in the billing and reconciliation process.Ability to work chasing deadlines and with several tasks at the same time.What we need from you to be part of this story:
Graduate from Marketing, Communication or related fields.Experience working in digital advertising / digital marketing (Meta, Google Ad Manager) is appreciated.Upper Intermediate level of English.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with different regional teams and cultivate several team relationships.Additional Information:
