Updating of part lead time from supplierGiving forecasts to critical suppliers to ensure smooth deliveriesMonitoring supplier OTD and work with supplier for improvementsSupplier Performance AnalysisSupport for regional, NSC & Factory requirementsSupplier/ site visitsError list parts resolutionSending data to supplierRaising of PCN (Price change note) & follow up for approvalsCreation of item supplier relationship in ERPRate amendments in ERP post approval of PCNCreation of Purchase Orders in ERPFollowing up with supplier for delivery of materialsSending of open PO / weekly statements to suppliersReview of PO’s more than 120 daysArranging pick up of materials from supplier in co-ordination with service providerUpdating of open PO’s and communicate to NSC for shortagesUpdating the promised delivery date Work with warehouse for materials discrepancySourcing strategy
