Job Description:This position supports the Space Superiority & Imaging Division’s SI1 locations, based out of Colorado Springs, CO. The successful candidate will be responsible for office space planning, space utilization, move coordination, office space cost allocations, and related projects. Responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing facility modifications.
Responsibilities include:• Responsible for the interior design, office space planning, office moves coordination, at all assigned company facilities (leased and owned). • Responsible to maintain and utilize all facilities AutoCAD files, Archibus files, and space planning systems. • Supports the planning and implementation of space allocation, furniture and equipment layouts, communication services and networking requirements.• Ensures facilities’ compliance with applicable space planning building codes, guidelines, and regulations. Develops space cost allocations reports.• Inspects facilities and evaluates such factors as furniture inventory, furniture condition, and suitability for occupancy. • Collaborates with the Facilities operations & maintenance team as well as the Facilities Project management function.• Coordinates with space planning projects internal customers, Environmental Health & Safety department, and other support functions.• Develops, manages and tracks facilities office furniture capital and related operating expense budgets and establishes long-range facilities strategic plans (space capacity) in support of business goals. Qualifications:• Pursuing degree concentration in Interior Design, Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Additional Skills:• Knowledge of facility office furniture, interior design, and space planning principles.• Skills in project management of facilities space utilization and move management projects.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $52,000 - $98,800. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
