Overview Associate Admin Responsibilities Cashiering all routes daily and sending out all reports EOD to appropriate support groups Updating and maintaining recovered POD and all EOD route paperwork Period-end reporting for FSV Maintaining the location of Iron Mountain boxes Maintaining location Pcard & MyBuy needs Providing Support at a Local level For Donation requests that come in Employee sales Assisting with safety for location needs. Assisting location managers and UGM with reporting and/or filing needs. Maintaining location phone lines and messages; reporting information to correct personnel. Working with centralized partners for various needs of the location, IE, orientation, Payroll, Safety, AR Disputes, APS, CIA, HR business partners, GMAS, and supervisor Compensation & Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
