Assoc Admin Assistant
Overview Assoc Admin Assistant Responsibilities Strong attention to detail to audit the delivery driver’s end of day paperwork Enter and track daily route variances in the Electronic Settlement Console Cashiering System/ SAP Provide a weekly review and analysis of non-compliant and pricing variance trends Communicate effectively with location leadership, cross functional business partners, frontline team members Perform general administrative support work such as reporting, copying, filing, scanning, etc. Maintain and order location supplies Location Mail/Package process owner Donation/Sampling processing Safety Support for facility Telecomm process owner (managing, reassigning, tracking) Location process owner Accounts Payable process using S4 Hana/P-Card/myBUY Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative Assist with Location Inventory process (ability to work one Sunday per month at Period End) Multi-task in a fast-paced environment Review accounts receivable disputes/ short pays queue/cases and complete any work/research and respond to parties in the allotted time Manage insufficient fund transactions – document in log, communicate, track, collections I-9 Processing - Collect documents and update in portal Oversee G&G uniform orders/process – G&G outfitters order form completion Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $37,000 - $58,950 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
