Assoc Admin Assistant
Overview The Administrative Assistant provides direct administrative support for the Lake City Location supporting the Sales Team and Supervisors. The Administrative Assistant is responsible for daily reconciliation of GEO and Bulk routes and other important administrative duties that is needed for the location. Responsibilities Complete accounts payable and procurement work for the Lake City location and Central Florida Market. Includes My Buy, S/4Hana, and APS systems and standard indirect procurement and capital expenses Complete wholesale reporting for market. Complete special events PCNA AR process for market. Complete GL reconciliation reporting for market. Record incoming banking information to reconcile location deposit logs, deposit verifications, NSF returns, and miscellaneous deposits for all locations in market. Support phone procurement, reporting, and repairs in the Calero platform for the Lake City location. Daily interaction with all functional teams. Provide additional admin project support as needed. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $38,700 - $61,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years administrative experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. This position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United States.
