Overview The Cash Room Administrator / Cashier contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages North America by processing all checks, reconciled to the daily route activities of Geo Box Drivers. L2 Responsibilities Process all Geobox delivery route cash and check transactions and against Settlement Receipts and record into Enterprise Settlement Console (ESC) Audit Daily Delivery Documents to ensure compliance to PBC policies Enter and track Daily Delivery route variances in ESC and on Excel spreadsheet and follow through with Delivery Supervisors to resolve variances within 48 hours Provide a weekly review and analysis of non-compliant and variance trends Provide coaching and training to Delivery Drivers regarding document and cash compliance requirements Prepare daily bank deposits for Geo Box activity Coordinate replenishment of supplies Liaise and provide support as required to the local Finance Administrators group Helpful Experience: Previous administrative experience preferred Previous experience using Micro-Soft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong Interpersonal skills, with significant attention to detail Reliability and dependability are a must Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must Must be able to lift 5 lbs to 15 lbs consistently/Bend & Squat often Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $42,600 - $68,050 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
