Job Description
To demonstrate our commitment to public health goal, HIV business management will transform to become portfolio management. The company will allocate more efforts and investment on PrEP, to demonstrate our commitment to HIV from prevention to treatment. It is expected to establish a strong HIV brand position by end to end disease management.
This role is also responsible for COVID-19 marketing, and to ensure the demand for Veklury is fulfilled.
This role will report to the Business Unit Head of Virology.
Essential Job Functions
Drives brand strategy, execution and market development for Biktarvy and for PrEP
Leads COVID-19 marketing, act as PoC with government and internal supply team to ensure Veklury demand is fulfilled
Collaborates closely with cross-functional team and co-promotion partner to ensure alignment on marketing direction and coordinated efforts for the success of the business
Effectively manages multiple agencies to ensure appropriate support for marketing activities
Ensures compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and policies
Knowledge, Experience, Competencies and Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred
Minimum 10-years of experience in sales & marketing in the pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated excellence in brand strategy and tactics execution
Excellent interpersonal skills with relevant stakeholders
Experience working in Taiwan National Healthcare system and in advocacy is strongly preferred
Experience in Prep or negotiation with government official is preferred.
Experience in Portfolio management is preferred.
Fluency in both Mandarin and English (reading/writing/speaking) is mandatory
