The Associate Director of Instructional Innovation will support and help to implement strategic initiatives concerning academic programs and courses offered by The College. The candidate will work collaboratively with the faculty, staff, and academic professionals within The College and academic units in designing and revising curriculum and pedagogy to ensure proper alignment and quality at the course and programmatic levels. The ideal candidate should have prior teaching experience and be able to demonstrate the best practices in utilizing technology in various forms of learning content. This position will report to The College administrative leadership.
This is an in-person position located on ASU’s Tempe Campus that may provide limited opportunities for remote work of up to 2 days a week. Dean or vice president-level approval is required.
Bachelor's degree in a field appropriate to the area of assignment AND seven (7) years of related administrative experience, which includes four (4) years of supervisory experience; OR, Eleven (11) years of related administrative experience, which includes four (4) years of supervisory experience; OR, Any equivalent combination of education and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
