What success looks like in this role:
• Provides Process Engineering support across diverse operational / product areas.
• Assesses existing processes, measuring and interpreting data related to operational quality, in-process quality and client satisfaction.
• Identifies and evaluates identified problems and risks, performing root cause analysis and defining / recommending mitigation strategies.
• Documents and explains solutions to supported stakeholders, ensuring their understanding and alignment.
• Ensures all processes are compliant with customer requirements.
• Completes all required business process documentation for assigned projects to ensure conformance with Unisys product and quality requirements.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 2-3 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
