Assoc Import/Export Analyst

A Day in Your Life at MKS:
As an Assoc Import/Export Analyst at Global Supply Chain, you will partner with Planning, Warehouse and Sales to Customs clearance for import & Export. In this role, you will report to the Global Import/Export Manager

You Will Make an Impact By:

Assist in managing import/export documentation and compliance processes. Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. Conduct trade compliance checks to ensure adherence to international regulations. Work with the materials team, sales, and customer service to resolve issues related to shipments. Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely arrival and resolve any delays or issues. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to optimize the efficiency of the import/export process. 


Skills You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience in import/export operations or logistics (1-5 years preferred). Experience with Free Trade Agreements (FTA) and handling of strategic goods is a plus.Strong understanding of international trade regulations and customs requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with ERP and logistics software. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
