1.大专及以上学历

2.电仪或机电一体化专业，如具DCS、PLC、SIS、SCADA 等工控系统维修维护能力
  优先考虑。

3. 5年以上电仪设备维修维护及选型经验，动手能力强，具有DCS、PLC等工控系统
  组态编程能力优先考虑

4.化工仪表从业证书：如：化工自动化控制仪表作业证,化工仪表操作、校验证书

5.良好的Office及AutoCAD应用能力

6.基本的英语读写能力

7.思维开阔、具有创新意识

8.正直、诚实，良好的团队合作精神

9.具备良好的专业背景知识和较丰富的维修实践经验。

10.丰富的DCS、PLC等工控系统编程及维护能力

11.熟悉维修作业的安全技术规定和常用的工具、机具等安全技术规定。

12.优秀的学习、分析、应变能力。

13.良好的数据统计和分析能力。

14.良好的客户服务意识，沟通表达能力和团队协作能力。

15.良好的职业道德和职业素养。
