Yum! Brands is looking for an experienced Assoc Manager, HR Technology Change Management to support the seamless adoption of new HR systems and processes across our global workforce. We are undergoing an exciting Digital HR transformation to modernize our HR technology landscape. This role is critical in ensuring that innovative technology initiatives are embraced by employees and stakeholders, driving a culture of digital innovation, global first mindset, and supporting the success of our strategic objectives.
Salary Range: $96,700 to $113,800 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Position Overview
The Assoc Manager, HR Technology Change Management will play a key role in driving successful adoption of HR solutions across Yum! Brands. This role will lead and develop change management strategies as well as the execution of the plan. This OCM lead will prioritize and guide the development of communication materials alongside the Corporate communications team for all People and Culture initiatives. The change lead will provide and enable global user support, develop and maintain digital training resources. In addition, the analyst will support the global HR community to provide insight and visibility to the change calendar, answer questions regarding the applications supported and facilitate the creation of SharePoint sites for collaboration. The change lead will be responsible for People and Culture resources for the People and Technology Center of Excellence, and ensure the ongoing availability and accuracy of resources.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management with experience in HR technology implementations and providing global support for HR systems. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and technical skills to ensure that all employees, regardless of geography, are engaged and supported during HR technology changes.
Responsibilities
Change Management Strategy & Planning:Lead and implement comprehensive change management plans for HR technology implementations and upgrades, aligning with Yum! Brands' business priorities and strategic objectives. Stakeholder Engagement & Global Support:
Partner with HR, IT, Shared Services and functional teams across Yum! Brands to capitalize on scale and harmonize service delivery. Identify key stakeholders, assess impacts, and ensure global user support is in place. Develop a channel to support regional teams, ensuring change management processes are relevant to each market’s unique needs, accessible and sustainable. Communication & Messaging:
Develop and deliver clear, engaging, and consistent communication strategies to inform employees globally about HR technology changes. This includes writing newsletters, presentations, and video updates to reach diverse audiences. Training & Resources:
Develop, plan and execute digital delivery programs for the centers of excellence, global stakeholders and leaders, and end-users to ensure smooth adoption. Build and oversee a centralized SharePoint site to house all organizational change management materials, including training documents, job aids, workflows, and FAQs. Change Calendar Management:
Build the Yum global change calendar, coordinating key milestones and ensuring alignment between the HR function, D&T, L&D, Brands, and business leaders. Ensure the change calendar is visible to all HR leadership team, stakeholders and regularly updated with upcoming technological changes, business cycles and adoption timelines. Data Analysis & Reporting:
Identify and define KPIs related to change management activities, track and analyze user adoption, training progress, and issue resolution timelines. Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, highlighting key metrics, progress updates, and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Change management certifications (ex. Prosci, ACMP) are a plus. Experience: 8+ years of experience in change management, ideally within HR technology or HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems). Familiarity with HR technology platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar systems. Proven experience supporting global teams and managing change initiatives across multiple regions. Experience with SharePoint site creation, management, and content maintenance. Strong record of developing and managing FAQs, workflows, knowledge bases, or other user support tools. Familiarity with maintaining global calendars, project timelines, and coordinating initiatives across multiple time zones. Skills & Abilities: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, Jira, and other collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams). Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives. Ability to build strong relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and global business leaders.
