Job DescriptionTraining Team Manager to lead and develop a team of training professionals. The manager will oversee all aspects of training program development and implementation, including team management, curriculum design, budget control, LMS management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in training and development, proven leadership skills, and expertise in various training methodologies and technologies.

Essential qualifications include a related Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred for senior roles), training experience (including team leadership), proficiency in adult learning principles and various training methodologies, LMS familiarity, excellent communication skills, and analytical abilities.
