职位:计划专员
Key Responsibility:
1. Accurate release job ticket with required attachment such as drawing, software (SAP) and relative document;准确无误并完整地处理好工单,例如图纸,软件系统(SAP)及相关文件。
2. Base on the concept of On Time Delivery (OTD) and maximize machine utilization, prepare job ticket and relative document on time for different production sections and warehouse;在保证出货期和生产机器最大利用率的基础上,及时处理好工单和相关文件给不同的生产需求部门及仓库。
3. Update and maintain the progress of material release in SAP system to avoid ineffective waiting;
维护SAP里的相关数据的更新,避免无效的等待。
4. Responsible for demand forecast of calculation of the spare parts. 负责备件需求预测整理。
5. Work with logistics, warehouse, production, engineering and other related teams to continuously enhance plant capacity usage.与物流、仓库、生产、工程及其他相关团队合作,不断提高工厂的生产产能利用率。
6. Lead in monitoring and coordination for troubleshooting, monitor WIP inventory level and equipment capability. 领导故障排除的监控和协调,监控在制品库存水平和设备产能。
7. Other activities which assigned by supervisor. 上级安排的其他工作。
Requirements:
1.Bachelor or above degree. 本科及以上学历。
2.Above 5 years relevant experience in material planning and production planning in equipment manufacturing environment in multinational company. 5年以上跨国公司设备制造环境下的物料计划和生产计划相关经验。
3.Good at ERP PP model, MM model. 熟悉ERP的生产计划模块,物料模块。
4.Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.良好的沟通表达和人际交往能力。
