Job Summary:

Ensure that vendor master data is accurate when new vendors are added to financial systems or existing vendor is modified, and supporting documentation is obtained.Identify process improvements for vendor data entry to ensure accuracy and completeness of data and maintenance of supporting documentation.Assist in projects for vendor data including data cleansing, testing of vendor system enhancements, and other projects as needed.Assist in the preparation of effective process documentation to accurately describe how financial systems master data is maintained and operated.Assist in the testing and updating of back-up provisions in conjunction with IT and BCP requirements.Perform any other duties as assigned.Review and update vendor data, identifying and resolving data discrepancies.Collaborate with team members to improve data accuracy.Update and maintain vendor data in financial systems.Provide recommendations for improving data quality and process efficiency.Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.Participate in cross-functional teams to support data-related initiatives.Typical day may include reviewing and updating vendor data, identifying and resolving data discrepancies, and collaborating with team members to improve data accuracy.This is a full-time position with Monday through Friday working hours, occasional overtime may be required during busy periods.
