Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop Differentiation Strategy: Lead the creation of a robust differentiation strategy for healthcare professionals (HCPs) across all channels, including Pediatrician, Neonatologist, Children Health, etc., ensuring that Clesrovimab is recognized as the first choice for RSV prevention in infants.2.Craft Marketing Narrative: Develop a compelling marketing narrative that effectively communicates the differentiation value of Clesrovimab, driving customer engagement and fostering recognition of our product’s unique benefits.3.Oversee HCP Tactical Plan: Manage the development and execution of the HCP tactical plan, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and overseeing campaign design to maximize impact.4.Customer Insights and Segmentation: Lead initiatives to gather key customer insights, conduct market segmentation, and define targeting strategies that effectively address the needs of specific HCP audiences.5.Establish Performance Metrics: Define and establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of HCP strategies and initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement based on data-driven insights.6.Stakeholder Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance communication and collaboration, ensuring alignment on strategic goals and objectives.Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.- Proficiency in English is required, with strong verbal and written communication skills.- A minimum of 8 years of experience in MNC pharmaceutical marketing and 2 years management experience, particularly in HCP strategy or related roles. Experience with pediatric drugs or vaccines, seasonal product, RSV mAbs, and launch products is highly desirable.- A strategic thinker with robust project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.- Proven ability to successfully develop and implement marketing strategies targeting healthcare professionals.- Strong analytical skills, with the capacity to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving cross-functional collaboration effectively.Current Employees apply HERE
