Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Architect with 16 to 19 years of experience in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to manage complex projects efficiently. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of PPM methodologies and tools and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of PPM solutions to meet business requirementsOversee the development and maintenance of project portfolios to ensure alignment with organizational goalsProvide technical expertise in PPM tools and methodologies to optimize project deliveryCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverablesEnsure the successful execution of projects by monitoring progress and addressing any issues that ariseDevelop and maintain project documentation including plans schedules and reportsFacilitate communication and collaboration among project teams to ensure timely and effective project executionConduct regular project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvementImplement best practices in PPM to enhance project management capabilities across the organizationSupport the development of project management skills within the team through training and mentoringAnalyze project data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvementsEnsure compliance with organizational policies and standards in all project activitiesContribute to the continuous improvement of PPM processes and tools to drive efficiency and effectiveness

Qualifications

Possess a strong technical background in PPM tools and methodologiesDemonstrate excellent project management skills with a proven track record of successful project deliveryExhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesShow proficiency in developing and maintaining project documentationHave experience in facilitating communication and collaboration among cross-functional teamsDisplay the ability to mentor and train team members in project management best practicesDemonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement and process optimizationPossess excellent organizational and time management skillsShow the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work modelHave strong interpersonal and communication skillsExhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project issuesDemonstrate the ability to analyze project data and make data-driven recommendationsShow a commitment to ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards.

Certifications Required

PMP Certification PRINCE2 Certification or equivalent PPM certification.
