Assoc. Mgr. Sales Data Quality Analysis

The candidate will be responsible for Account Governance function supporting our International Sales organization. This includes verifying various firmographic attributes, including but not limited to, company hierarchy information, employee count, headquarter location etc. The Associate Manager will be running reports in Salesforce to support update of the database for all customer and prospect accounts outside of the US and Canada. This information will help to build the sales teams territories for the coming fiscal year. The candidate will also be using Web based research, HG Insights, D&B Hoovers, and D&B Integration Manager. The Account Governance Team supports the overall Go-To-Market Sales mission by way of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of company account data within Salesforce CRM. The candidate in this role will also liaison with cross-functional teams to implement GTM changes for International Sales Organization. This role will have reports from other geographies and will report to the Senior Director of GTM Analytics, you will be part of a team who supports the Sales organisation globally. **Responsibilities:** • Understand International GTM Strategy and lead the implementation of system changes for new Fiscal Year • Perform regular data quality audits and address any gaps identified • Work with other SMEs on the team to implement process changes, system changes, automation, and AI tools to address critical data quality issues • Manage individual performers in other geographies, and own the Account Governance function for International Sales • Explain account set up and policy to Ukrewers in various areas of UKG • Add accounts to Salesforce with strong attention to detail and data accuracy • Review Requests to change accounts, gain approvals where necessary **Qualifications:** • 3-5 years’ experience in Sales Operations or other similar teams • Bachelors’ Degree • Experience of working with cross functional team • Excellent communication skills and attention to details • Experience performing data research and communicating findings to stakeholders **Where we’re going** UKG is on the cusp of something truly special.
