Position Summary:

SPS Commerce is adding an Associate Solution Strategist, Logistics Integrations to our SupplyPike team!  In this role you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ success by overseeing the shipping document integration into our products and services.  You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique requirements, coordinate implementation, and provide ongoing support to maximize their satisfaction and the value they derive from our solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities: 

Integration Management: Manage projects related to customer integrations, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met and that customers are informed throughout the process.Project Management: Act as a liaison between customers and our product teams to address any technical issues, troubleshoot, and provide timely resolutions and act as an escalation point for Customer Support. Issue Resolution: Drive adoption by training customers to confidently utilize their shipping document integration and Document Explorer to its full potential.Customer Training: Continuously monitor the performance of integrated solutions, gather customer feedback, and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations. Performance Monitoring: Attend Sales and Customer Success meetings to provide expert input on shipping document integrations as needed.

 

Location:  This role is a hybrid position, based out of our Rogers, Arkansas office, our team #SucceedsTogether through collaboration by coming into the office 3-4 times a week.   This role is also open to current SPS Commerce employees based in other US locations.

 

Required Qualifications: 

Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience; or equivalent education and experienceStrong communication, change management, problem solving, and organizational skillsExposure to project-based work experience in IT, Project Management, Customer Service, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications: 

SQL/PostgreSQL experience a plusSystems consulting or systems implementation/migration experienceExperience performing data analysis and/or data migration between systemsFamiliarity with text editing and data transformation toolsStrong understanding of supply chain and procurement processes relating to retail, manufacturing, grocery and/or logistics industries

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

 

The annual salary range for this role is: $62,100- $93,100. The actual salary offered will be determined based on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.
