What the role looks like:
Ensures that client’s customers are consistently satisfied with the client’s products and services, and resolves escalated issues;Achieve revenue-based quotas and managing sales territory;Successful management of client accounts to meet operational needs, growth objectives and proposes potential solutions;Manage external competitive pressures and effectively handle objections by skillful negotiation;Work with multiple stakeholders, building effective relationships with decision-makers at all levels;Identify opportunities for additional product or service sales;Use data to help influence buying/renewal process.The working hours for this role are M/F from 09:00AM - 18:00PM.
Your profile:
Fluent level of English – both written and spoken;Experience working in a customer service, sales or outsourcing environment is preferred.Knows how to drive value-based selling approach to clients and channel partners in a fast-paced environment.Solid knowledge of MS Office programs.Experience working with CRM (SalesForce)or similar will be an advantage.Keen on new technologies.Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
