Team & Impact
As part of the Global Brand team, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic marketing organization, collaborating closely with regional and local marketing teams around the world, as well as other marketing partners and creative agencies. As a steward of the world’s largest ETF issuer brand, your work will help put more financial opportunity in the hands of more people.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Management:
Support the development of brand strategies that align with company goals and drive brand growth.Facilitate the roll-out and firm-wide usage of brand guidelines, systems, and tools.Help develop and maintain the tools and training required to support the consistent understanding and execution of the brand strategy, architecture and identity system.Help manage internal initiatives to ensure the brand is understood and celebrated across the organization.Support global brand governance (IP protection, logo licensing, etc.) with key firm partners.Agency & Creative Platform Management:
Serve as a key point of contact for the firm’s global creative agencyManage contracts and agency relationships to ensure effective collaboration and high-quality deliverables.Support the development of the global creative platform, in partnership with regional teams.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-impact creative content.Manage global campaign platform development and ongoing enhancements.Advertising Campaign Management:
Partner with regional marketing teams to develop and oversee integrated campaigns.Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights to regional marketers.Qualifications & Experience
3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, advertising campaigns, and agency management.Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising strategies.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality outputOur benefits

Our hybrid work model
BlackRock’s hybrid work model is designed to enable a culture of collaboration and apprenticeship that enriches the experience of our employees, while supporting flexibility for all. Employees are currently required to work at least 4 days in the office per week, with the flexibility to work from home 1 day a week. Some business groups may require more time in the office due to their roles and responsibilities.
